1. Where is CampoReal?
   CampoReal is located near the village of Turcifal, 30 minutes north of Lisbon and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Silver Coast.
    
2. What is the best way for reaching CampoReal from Lisbon?
   Take the A8 motorway heading north and exit at Torres Vedras Sul (exit 7). CampoReal is 5 km away and is clearly signposted from the motorway exit.
    
3. How long does it take to reach  CampoReal?
   It takes 40 minutes from the airport
    
4. What can you find in Turcifal?
   Turcifal is an enchanting village where you can find your every day needs such as a post office, bank and ATM machine, pharmacy, restaurants (amongst them the famous “Lampião”), mini-supermarket, butcher, florist, bakery, church and private and public schools.
    
5. What about in Torres Vedras?
   Torres Vedras, 5 km away, is the closest town to CampoReal Golf Resort & Spa. With about 22,000 inhabitants, it is a pleasant, rapidly growing provincial town with plenty of commerce, schools, sports and medical facilities, financial services and cultural and leisure centres.
    
6. Who developed  CampoReal?
   The project was an initiative of ORIZON, Style and Real Estate Group. ORIZON was created in 1994, with the objective of promoting residential and tourist developments in Portugal’s western region.
   
   Their first project, Quinta de Fez, also in the parish of Turcifal, is a quality residential development with leisure facilities.
    
7. What real estate is on offer at CampoReal?
   Our residential properties include spacious villas, townhouses and elegant apartments, which successfully combine Portuguese architectural tradition with high quality modern finishes.
   
   Individual villas, with private swimming pool, offer up to 5 bedrooms and can be built to your specific requirements.
   
   The Townhouses, available in 3 and 4 bedroom styles, generally enjoy magnificent views and are set on plots averaging 300m2. They also have large gardens and terraces, which are perfect for socialising or entertaining.
   
   Spacious apartments have up to 3 bedrooms and are divided into 9 blocks throughout the site with prominent views of the golf course.

8. How long does it take to handover a home at CampoReal?
   The handover of your home will be in a maximum of 3 years from the date of signature of the purchase and sale contract.  Naturally, this timeframe may be reduced if you purchase during the later phases of construction.
   
9. Who will manage the resort?
   The resort if fully managed by ORIZON – HOTEL & SELECT, the resort developer.
     
    
10. What services are provided by  CampoReal?
    
    Entrance Gate, Reception and Telecommunications Services
    Security surveillance and access control
    Rubbish collection
    Maintenance of all common areas:
    Street and Parking areas for common use;
    Landscaping;
    Infrastructure networks;
    Reception and entrance gate;

    The CampoReal property owners are contractually obliged to contribute to the cost of managing, maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of the Infrastructure, Buildings, Facilities and Services for common use, and to pay the proportion attributed to each unit by the Regulations for Managing the Tourist Estate.
    
    Each year the Managers of the Tourist Estate must put before the General Meeting of Owners a budget for the cost of managing, maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of all the infrastructure, buildings, facilities and services for common use.
    
    The resort has a reception and office area dedicated to welcoming owners and visitors. CampoReal Services manages all resort services to owners and is responsible for running the development on a day-to-day basis and for its proper functioning, all centralised on their site offices and they house the team.
