Freehold Leaseback

CampoReal has a range of fully managed and furnished Select apartments, townhouses and villas for sale freehold with a 5 year renewable rental management agreement, allowing you to "leaseback" your property for CampoReal to rent out on your behalf.

Within this agreement you are entitled to stay free of charge for 6 weeks each year and the remaining weeks form part of a rental pool from which common costs, utilities (except telephone services) and fees for annual maintenance are deducted and the remaining amount shared between the operator and CampoReal Select owners (NB - villas are not pooled). 

At the end of the lease term you can either extend the lease or reclaim the property for yourself as freehold.

The Select scheme offers the following benefits:

• Your property will be part of a rental pool that will be marketed as a whole through our website.  This gives you the best possible chance of maximizing your rental occupancy and price, and therefore yield
  
• Being part of a rental pool means that it doesn’t matter which property is rented out – all will share the rental income from the pool
  
• You can use your property for 6 weeks of each year:
• 2 weeks in high season
• 3 weeks in mid season and
• 1 weeks in low season
  
• 2 and 3 bedroom Select apartments and townhouses are designed so they can be “locked off” to deliver two hotel keys rather than one.  This doubles the occupancy potential in any given week thereby maximising yield

Apartments
Our spacious, fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom Select apartments, with en-suite bathrooms are exceptionally popular and offer great value for money, with each phase selling out as soon as it is released. They are arranged in three-storey buildings in some of the best locations in the resort. Ground floor properties have their own private garden area and upper apartments their own spacious terraces.

Townhouses
Our stylish, split level fully-furnished 3 bedroom Select townhouses with en-suite bathrooms are designed with well-proportioned rooms and quality interior fittings to create exciting and modern family living spaces. Each townhouse has a private hedged garden, with a private pool if you wish, and a terrace from which to survey the views over the golf course.  They are set on plots of 300m² to 400m², with a floor area of between 160m² to 194m².
